If an item fails to meet your expectations, we will gladly issue a refund for the value on the merchandise or exchange your items within 15 days of receipt of goods. Only items that have not been worn, altered, or washed may be eligible for returns or exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that may have been damaged due to customer mishandling. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You will need to pay for return shipping, however, we will take care of the shipping cost on first-time exchanges per order.
For all returns or exchanges, you must contact a customer service rep to receive an RA (Return Authorization) number to proceed on with your return. RA# must be located on the outside of the box when returning. Please Download the Return / Exchange Form and place inside the box when returning. Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your request.
